(140 lbs.) meat in a year. thats alot and Beer in Germany is a major part of German culture. we have most of the beer here and some here are the best.and my favorite cake is Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte ( black forest cake) Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake, with whipped cream and cherries between each layer. Then the cake is decorated with additional whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and chocolate shavings. yummy
