i was woken up by the sound of light knocking on my front door when i looked at the clock it was 1:23 am and i was worried who it can be, i slowly creep to the door and i put my hand on the door knob and when i opened it i saw a little girl holding her teddy bear and her clothes had blood splattered on her clothes "please mister let me hide here" she said in a small voice. i let her in and gave her a cup of orange juice "what are you hiding from?" i asked as i handed her the cup "the smile man" she said with fear in her voice "the smile man hurt my mommy and daddy and he is gonna hurt me" i was wondering what she meant by "the smile man". i cleaned her up and put her in my bed at that point i didn't wanna go to sleep for the safety of the young girl "the smile man is going to hurt me" she cried, i calmed her down by giving her the teddy bear which i cleaned for her. i heard a large bang on my wall it sounded as if someone ran into the wall "the smile man is coming" she yelled as she hid under the blanket, i grabbed my desert eagle and loaded it, i was rising life to save this girl and then she screamed "the smile man is in the window" i looked at the window and i see a strange sight. i see a man wearing a grey hoodie and he seemed petty tall so tall that he had to bend down a little to look through the window he had a insane look on his face and he had a very big smile on his face. he just looked at her hiding under the covers then he looked at me holding the gun and his eyes stayed fixed to me as he moved his body left to right with his hands pressed against the window. he punched the window almost breaking it i take the girl and my gun into my hallway closet "im scared" she said as she layed down in the closet i heard the glass break on the window i layed the girl on top of me and i had my gun loaded and ready to shoot i opened the door slight and looked through to see the smiling man was inside my room and just standing there with a big smile on his face then he slowly turned his head and looked at me i quickly close the closet door and held the girl in my arm and held my gun in my other arm. the door of the closet was being pulled and i heard the hinges breaking apart and the door being ripped off i put my hand on the girls mouth to keep her from screaming then the door broke off and then we saw that man with the horrible smile and he indeed was very tall about 6 feet tall. i shot him in his face and the bullet went through his face to the back of his head and he was still alive i was surprised and then he tried to grab me and the girl and his bullet wound was leaking dark blood but it didn't seem to bother him. i held the girl close to me and ran outside my house and then he smiling man stood in my doorway, his bullet would stopped bleeding and then i heard police sirens and then the man ran off into the darkness.
