as i said before smiley was a normal man that worked at a slaughterhouse but then he turned insane after being made fun of in college.

he usually would walk around with his hoodie covering half of his face. if you don't stare at him he is a curious figure he would sometimes follow you home.

his face is something that may turn you insane before he even kills you, those eyes and smile can turn a normal man into a man that's ends up in a mental hospital. sometimes as you die from from blood loss from being stabbed in the chest he will look into your eyes and his face will be the last thing you see

the origin of why he kills you a hour after you see him is unclear as of now, he is so terrifying that little children call him the "boogeyman"

his height is something else as well, witnesses describe him as 6 feet tall and pretty smart too. he kills without leaving any clues even the police can't catch him

i can say is this, when you see him you must smile. smiling at him is the only way you can save your life and its unclear how this saves you but if you smile at him when he sees you face to face your life is spared but if you don't your family better plan a funeral in a hour. even if you go in another state he will find you,
you can't escape
you can't fight back no matter how hard you try even with a gun.
