that guy with the hat is called geminiman (yeah a reference of the geminiman in megaman 3) and this geminiman is almost the same like the megaman 3 geminiman, he can create a twin (that guy you see behind him) but the one behind him is a little of a coward, thats the only way you can tell the difference between them
