Everytime you use the "delete all by this user" button on your own news posts it deletes the comments but still shows that there were comments. It also happenes during other opportunities like when someone's account gets deleted, but that's all I can think of about which reasons there could be for glitching (for if you want to know why it says 1 comment when there's no comment on your last news post).
